We see upgrades in cell phones, cars, coffee machines and “THINGS” that provide a service to us, yet we do not experience many upgrades in the way that HUMAN BEINGS serve each other.

To upgrade your serving pillars read this short, crisp, to-the-point book - for all ages and all walks of life - providing REAL-LIFE EXAMPLES which we can all relate to, in our EVERYDAY LIVES.

Whether we serve people in our Professional, Social or Personal Circle – no matter what AGE, GENDER or CULTURE– the activity of serving rests upon a few common pillars.

SERVE

or SERVICE

Nobody else can build or break your own personal unique brand, which is reflected in the way in which you act and react.  The way in which you Serve or Service.

Consciously keep your “serving hinge” well maintained in all circles of your life

– PERSONAL, SOCIAL and PROFESSIONAL – and become a “serving incubator”.

Serving Hinge

Professional Circle

Many of us find ourselves employed as part of the economically active workforce.   We all serve someone or something to produce a product or provide a service which generates an income to earn a living.

Social Circle

As human beings, similar to many other living beings, we choose to live in colonies and groups within close proximity of each other.  We all simply go about our daily business of living and expect that our experiences will be as pleasant as possible.

Personal Circle

Every one of us is human.  We all fulfil the role of a supplier, a recipient or an observer many times a day.   We serve people in our personal circle, we serve our spouses, partners, parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, cousins, close friends and relatives.  The people with whom we share our close inner circle.

My Story

There isn’t a time in my life, that I can remember, when I have not held a deep interest in the way in which customers and clients are treated and the way in which they react.

When I started to put pen-to-paper with the purpose of publishing my views on service and serving it was related to business transactions.  People who offer their services in exchange for money.  For compensation to earn a living.  Employees who are paid to deliver pleasant client experiences.

Pleasant client experiences keep existing clients and customers coming back to repeat their pleasant experiences.

Pleasant client experiences avoid clients going elsewhere to look for a new provider for their needs and also attracts new clients.

This does not only apply in our professional circle but also in our social and personal circle.   People are attracted to friends and family who provide pleasant experiences for those who share their space, we all want to return and repeat pleasant experiences.

Look and learn from serving-incubators who everybody wants to be around.  It is your choice to either swing your serving hinge open or shut to showcase your serving-incubator talents.

Let’s take a look at what makes serving-incubators special.  Let’s create a society of serving-incubators – people who lead by example – making the space they share with others pleasant and awesome.
